MULTI-LEVEL AUTO ATTENDANT Ability to program multiple level queries and responses to help the caller navigate to the appropriate person or service.

MESSAGES ON HOLD Callers can hear helpful hints or marketing messages about your company.

One Touch Call Recording Ability to program a function key on the phone to allow all or some phones (such as managers), to record phone conversations for later playback and review.

CONFERENCE BRIDGE Standard conference bridging is supported with such features as record your name and enter a password to join.

VIRTUAL EXTENSIONS (PURE FORWARDING) Allows cell phones to be used as extensions on the system.

DIDS (DIRECT INWARD DIALING) Ability to have a private phone number ring directly to an extension, by-passing the auto attendant.

CALL CENTER SUPPORT Multiple features are available to support call centers including ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) for queue handling (for example, sending the incoming call to the longest idle agent), support for local and/or remote agents, ability for agents to login/logout as they are available in the call center.
