AUTO-ATTENDANT Allows callers to be automatically transferred to a user's extension – no receptionist needed.
Music-on-hold is available during call transfers.
DIAL-BY-NAME DIRECTORY Lets incoming callers connect with the people or departments they need by “looking up”
extension numbers.
VOICEMAIL Enables you to pick up voicemail in emails, over PC speakers, from a browser, or from any phone.
You can also forward voicemail to colleagues in email. Lastly you can set up multiple voice mail folders.
VIRTUAL EXTENSIONS No matter where your people are, whether they are in the same physical building or in a
different building across the town or state, or working from a home/office, you can all operate under a
single virtual phone system with directory, extensions, voicemail, and all the other capabilities listed here.
This includes using PCs with soft phones and headsets for road warriors or at hotels/conferences.
